Bottle 33cl.[ As Sint Servattumus Het Bossche Witbier ]. Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. 33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Mild spiced and vague wheaty aroma. Sweet malty and vague wheaty flavoured, holds a mild spice note. Medium sweet and light spiced in the finish.

Bottle, 5.6%. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. Sweetish flavour, a little bready dust. Low bitterness. Not very flavourful, but OK.

Bottle: Poured a murky yellow with a medium sized white creamy head. Aroma is carboard and citrus. Taste is light citrus, water, some soft malts, and spice. Acidic finish mouth feeling.

Bottled in 2000. Orange coloured. Sourish, vinuous and well balanced. Like a mix of gueuze and ale. Unusual and interesting.

Slightly hazy orange brown color, short off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, some yeast and some spices, bit orange. Sweet taste, spicy.

The aroma is of yeast, peaches, and cloves. The color is an unclear orange and it has a small disappearing head. The flavor is sweet with notes of cloves, oranges, and hops. The end is dry with notes of corriander and strawberries.
