A light and fruity Belgian-Style Witbier fermented on an authentic Belgian yeast strain. Spritzy and dominated by aromas of citrus zest, freshly peeled orange and a whisper of spicy pepper.

Keg draught from the Beer Lab, Mold. Light yellow gold, a little hazy with visible carbonation and a very thin white head. Notes of ground coriander, banana peel, sourdough. Sweet taste with a sharp sourness cutting through. Bready with more banana and coriander. Very light body with medium carbonation. Interesting.

Keg at Siren, Reading. Hurray, an all-too-rare East Yorkshire tick. Yellow-gold with a thin white head and a light but prickly fizz. Sweetcorn, a hint of banana, coriander seed. Some wheat chaff. A touch of metal. It's ok if a tad subdued.
