Thanks to jonas for that one. Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong, hoppy-dry without being too much. More and more malty-spicy. Finish a bit boring malty. Still okay.

Bottle. Hazy golden, a universe of carbonation, foamy lacing white head. Herbal, grassy and hayish nose. Spicy malt entry, a bit salt on the tongue, good broad hop panorama, dry grassyness overlaid by citric and light pine notes. Medium to full sparkly body. Grassy retronasal. Fairly moreish.

Bottle: Golden, smaller white head, lazy carbonation, traces of honey in the mainly papery-grainy nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied, pretty soft; sweetish-grainy finish with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Not great, but still decent...

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, foamy, diminishing, white head. Strawy, grainy aroma. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, slightly strawy, grassy, later with some bitter hoppy overtones.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Delicately grainy malty aroma with herbal and slightly woody hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a mild carbonation. Slightly strawy and minimally grainy malty taste with shy hops flavours in the background; sweet malty and slightly bitter hoppy finish. “Süffig” but not really exciting. 23.XI.12
