Hazy golden yellow with large white head. Lemon, sour milk, barley malt, and grass/fresh hay aroma. Mildly sweet lemon, barley malt, mildly sour lactic acid, and moderately bitter grass/fresh hay flavor. Good body.

12 oz. can from H.E.B. Plus, Boerne, TX. Pours a semi-clear yellow color with a white head and very good retention. Very good lacing too. Pilsner malt aroma dominates. The taste follows the nose, with sharp pilsner malt flavor leading the way with moderate bitterness and a dry finish. Clean, crisp, and smooth. Good example of the style. Would be better on a hot day. Medium body and medium carbonation.

Aromas are crackers, malt, floral and spice. Flavors are similar to nose, excellent balance between bitter, sweet and crisp carbonation. Bittersweet finish. Refreshing and satisfying. True to style. Wish I had more.

Canned 6/27/24, drunk 9/4/24. Bright, brass-tinged-golden-maize. Medium-sized, white head, fully falls to small ring quickly. Nose is full of mineral, crisp yeast, herbaceous hop and dainty honey and biscuit-like notes from the malt. Very clean. Bright and crisp, again, like the Italian-style they make, it's very liberally hopped. But the malt stands up with great depth and excellent honey and cracker-like flavors. Attenuation is high, leaving a crisp, gently bitter and snappy, yeast-ful finish. Great balance, crisp, clean and refreshing.

473mL can, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a nice fresh grassy hop character, some straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bitter, with lots of grassy bitterness, crisp biscuity malt, and straw. Very bitter finish in the most satisfying way. Very good.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Pale gold color. Large, frothy white head. Faint, grainy malt aroma. Flavor is more of the same. Grainy malt character is followed by herbal, woody hops. Clean, crisp and refreshing. A straight forward Pilsner with a dry, bitter finish.
