Pale German style lager brewed with the medieval single pot method, in which all of the hot side ingredients are added at once. After a long step mash, water grain and hops are boiled together. The solids are then strained off and the resulting liquid is chilled and fermented with our house lager yeast.

Rating number 7676. How appropriate for this classic brew from Philadelphia! 16 ounce can from 5th Street brewery. Honey gold pour. Large frothy white head. Sweet grainy malt aroma has earthy, floral notes. Flavor is more of the same. Earthy, bready notes upfront. Herbal, grassy hops on backend. Soft, silky mouthfeel. Wonderful balance. Another stellar effort from Human Robot!

Can. Clear paleish gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft sweet malts, some lager tang. Floral hops, very floral, touch of tangy citrus. Light semi dry finish. A sweet and floral lager but it kinda works.

Can at Kernel. It poy clear lemon yellow with a decent frothy white head. The aroma is musty, sweet, doughy white bread, straw, cracker, lady fingers, sugary and wet grass. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, bitter - sweet, sugary, candy, grassy, herbal, dank almost, bready, rich tea biscuit, minerality, leafy and herbal and dry vibes. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Crushable. Tasty
