Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts strong and spicy, a bit alcoholic. Finish with malty-grasy notes, still strong. Quite drinkable for its strength. Nice!

33cl bottle. BBE 08/2012. Poured amber with a white head, some lacing. Sweet malty aroma, with caramel and hint of alcohol. Flavor similar with balanced warming alcohol in finish. Sold bock, quite enjoyable.

Bottled. A golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Hellmalziger und hefiger Antrunk in leicht wässrigem Umfeld. Die wenig alkoholische Malznote geht dabei fast unter, für einen Bock wirkt das Ganze recht schwach. Passend ist dagegen der Hopfen, der das Bier auflockert. Die Milde verharmlost aber den Alkoholgehalt, der nicht ausreichen würzige Aromen zu liefern scheint. Dezent holzig und blumig ist das Bier im Abgang, in dem das Malz mit getreidigen Noten aufwartet. Ein leider höchstens durchschnittlicher Bock. 10/9/8/7/9/8

clear yellow , smooth white head. faint aroma, faint malts, faint bittter hops, very faint sweetnes. flavor is sweet malty, only faint hoppy balance.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and light malty. Vague butterish. Sweet malty, light cornish and grassy hoppy. Sweet and butterish to crisp hoppy flavoured finish. Rather dry and bitter.

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top @ home.Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, old hay, grain, toasted, mazipan mase, fruity, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, light sharp alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft. [20100530]

Flip-top bottle (Bierzwerg, BB 08/2010)
Almost clear golden color, small white head. Light nose is a bit grainy and there is fruity notes of watermelon and peach. Medium-bodied, but watery palate. Feels less than 6.8%. Has fruity maltyness and some grassy hops in the flavor. Late bitterness. Very boring bock.

Anstich @ Ritmayer. Clear golden with a large white head. Sweet aroma with malt, caramel and hoppy notes. Hoppy flavour with malty, caramel and grassy hops towards the end.
