Depending on how you look at it, it's either the bane of the DC culinary scene or a late-night savior. Either way you are going to need two plates and a bunch of napkins to make it through this late-night munchie session of Galaxy, Motueka and El Dorado hops.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Nice whiff of piney tropical citrus goodness, not that strong but what there is alluring. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Nicely played, about as light as you could deliver malts in a dipa and still bring the requisite contrast to the hop delivery. And those hops deliver crisp pine, bubbly hop spice and a very light savory element. Following that is lightly floral citrus. Trace of citric peel. Light finish. That effortless OT drinkability abounds here but I wanted more hop fruits.

Can sourced from Beer Republic and drunk at home (29/09/2021) - very hazy yellow to orange coloured pour with a white head. Tropical citrus stonefruit medley of mango, nectarine, some mango, notes of pineapple and watermelon, juicy fruity, sweet malty support with a medium body, robust hoppy finish. Tasty, nice.

473ml can. Smooth, sweetish and slightly zesty fruity with hints of lime, citrus, tangerine, grapefruit and mango. Interesting hop profile. Okay, despite it's not super fresh anymore.
