Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of caramel, stone fruit, melon, dust and honey. Pours clear mahogany color with medium sized soapy tan-like head, fair lacing and average appearance. Taste starts rich and sweet malty, following is grassy, dried fruity and medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is heavy bitter. 330ml bottle, as Rye River Retro IPA. Mostly clear amber, slightest of haze, with a big slightly off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts, citrus and resin. Taste is malt-forward, sweet caramel, citrusy and resinous hops, moderate bitterness. Medium bodied.
