“La cerveza para Halloween”
Nos dejamos llevar por el espíritu de Halloween para elaborar un Brebaje en el que las especias y la calabaza roban el protagonismo al lúpulo y la malta. Vuelan aromas frescos de jengibre y humo sobre esta cerveza anaranjada y cristalina, de trago dulce y especiado. Solamente al final aparecerá el lúpulo para dejar un regusto levemente seco y amargo.

Bottle from Beer Sapiens, Murcia. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and pumpkin. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 170224

Bottle from Beer Sapiens, Murcia. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet pumpkin spice, malt, hops, fruits and has a sweet pumpkin finish.

Tight white head on an unclear pale golden coloured body. Sweet fruited aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & soft. Vegetal, mint, herbal & sweet tastes. Interesting.

Keg at Chinaksi, Madrid, 29/10/22. Clear golden with an off white cap that stays for the show. Nose is stewed fruits, sugars, modest herb, toffee. Taste comprises pumpkin seed, fruit esters, grains, fruit slice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay.

Draught, taster. @Mash 2022, Barcelona (Spain). 29/10/2022 [#5.623 Global - #1.182 Spain - #14 Cerveza Dougall's] Pours golden with a small off-white head. Aroma: spiced malts, ginger and pumpkin. Taste: follow the nose, with a balanced pumpkin on the back. Not bad. Next one please!
