Bottled (thanks Timo A). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some slight sweet saltwater, and grass. Flavour is sweet malts, mild grains, and sweet notes, Balanced, but a bit one-dimensional.

Bottle 50cl.Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay - straw, paper notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081004]

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours slight cloudy yellow with a diminished white head. Mild cornish and dry aroma. Light bitterness and vague butterish note to a crisp pilsner malty base flavour. Ends mild bitter and slight citric.

(bottle, purchased at the brewery shop) Clear, golden colour with a lacing mid-sized foamy white head. Slightly spicy and herbal hoppy nose with a light malty sweetness. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a very soft mouthfeel. Smooth malty, slightly grainy malty taste with delicate herbal hops, which are getting more pronounced towards the rounded finish with a moderate length. Balanced and soft Pilsener (11.X.08).
