We all burst into bright colours, flowers, or sparks from time to time. This beer is for those moments of brightness, vibrance, and joy.

Burst Into Bright is our core IPA, hopped solely with NZ Cascade and fermented with the same Kveik yeast as our core pale ale Existence As A Radical Act, resulting in beautiful layered floral, citrus, and tropical notes. Burst into this moment with us.

Tap at Kaapse festival. Hazy yellow. Spicy hops, guava, mango, gooseberries, crisp malts, wheat. Medium sweet, less bitter and very light sour. Medium bodied. Not a typical hazy IPA, this seems to have some nice pils malts. Not bad!

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from a ceramics fair near Hoxton. Pours cloudy gold, some floaties, with a sturdy, frothy white head. Medium sweet flavour with notes of pale bread, peach, tangerine, mellow bitter pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with some ripening citrus, bread crust, tangerine, apricot. Not bad.
