Golden pour with a white head, quite a bit of carbonisation; aromas and tastes of malts, fruits, some hops. Alright, but not memorable.

Can from Waitrose. Pours clear golden with a short-lived thin white head. Aromas are buttery and metallic, faint orange. Taste is better, citrus and light malt. Light bitter finish.

Can at Black Prince, New Haw. Aroma has fruit and quinine with a malty streak. Not that different from the SIPA I just had. Clear gold. Thin creamy white head soon recedes. Medium bitter. A quinine bite. Citrus edge is watery. Underlying chewy malts and boiled veg. Sugar in the finish. Light bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Another poor effort. Lager/Gold hybrid with one or two hops.

Listed as a dry hopped lager. Cask at The Royal Standard in Ely. Clear pale yellow color, not much head. Subtle floral aroma. Taste is light straw, light lemon. Uninteresting.
