An ever-changing beer in our search to find the perfect combination of hazy, hoppy goodness. Will we ever find perfection? We highly doubt it, but Chasing those Trees is what makes this life so highly enjoyable! This one is dry hopped with Rakau, EXP-ID 158, and Citra. The original plan for this beer was to give it our peaches and cream treatment. But, we got so much peachiness and creaminess from these new experimental hops, we couldn't bring ourselves to mess with it. So, when we say there is natural peaches and cream flavoring in this thing, we mean it!

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is a bit yeasty, spicy, dough, some fruitiness. Taste is the same, sweetish. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Alright, but pretty sweet.

Sample at MBCC2023, Copenhagen. Colour is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, hops and malts.
