[October 2022] Deep purple colour with a small, bubbly pink head -looks like blackcurrant juice. The fruity vinegar smell should put you off, but persist and it’s a smooth, semi-creamy tart cherry delight

Aroma is tart fruity notes of cherries, fruit peel, almonds and farmhouse notes, as well as tannins and wooden barrels. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of cherries, fruit pits, almonds and farmhouse, as well as tannins and wooden barrels.
