Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, fairly smooth mid but emerging decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Light soft malts, a light creamy sweetness. Nelson Sauvin bring a piney bright but soft citrus, quite juicy, soft mandarin. Trace of tangerine. I'm looking hard for winey grape, something the hop was redolent with 10+ years ago. Yeah, there is a little and it goes quite well here. Modest hop spice and a whisper of sweetish grapefruit on the crispy finish. Nice beer. If Nelson was what it once was, this would be belter.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Wingman. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is big dank woody nelson sauvin, pine, plastic, little onion. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy, white grape, nelson sauvin grainy, loose wheat. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, moderate carbonation. Decent.

Panda at home, thanks to Dave, 12/12/21. Hazed orange yellow with a good sized white cap that stays for the show. Nose is orange pith, grapefruit, pine needle, mango, papaya, light stoned fruit esters. Taste comprises sweet malts, orange zest, stoned fruits, pine resin, light Nelson pissy rip, guava. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with moderately aggressive Nelson coated hop bitterness. Decent DIPA ... but the Nelson is not quite pronounced as much as I'd hoped for.

Can from my BeyondBeer advent calendar, consumed at home, Wednesday 1st December 2021 listening to Steve Lamar’s Evening Session on 6 Music and cooking the Fish Pie from Olive Magazine. Pours hazy gold with a white head, super soft mouthfeel, juicy. The aroma was clearly very hoppy. Nice tropical flavours, thick mouthfeel, some sweet tangerine with maybe a dab of mango. Good, really good.

Can thanks to my bro. It pours hazy yellow - gold with a small frothy white head. The aroma is fresh, green, weedy, dank, pine needles, sticky, white grape, gooseberry fool, melon, pineapple and tangy grapefruit. The taste is dry, touch of green bitterness, pine needles, green fruits, melon, greengage, gooseberry, white grape, green, weedy, floury bread, underlying sweetness, sponge cake and minimal alcohol with a smooth finish. Medium body and moderate. Decent gear.
