It’s a classic West Coaster with all U.S. hops; powerful pine and grapefruit aromas pour forth from the glass, then the assertive hop bite leaps on to the palate along with flavours of tangerine and lemon. The robust malt keeps it in balance, leading to a long, bitter finish.

440ml can in my local Spoons on 9th June 2026, poured into a bulbous glass. Golden orange body, white topping. Nice nose of pine and fruitiness, taste followed the same lines, hoppy and semi bitter with both pine and citrus fruit flavours.

Cans from Asda. Clear golden body with a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange rind and pine. Flavour of orange and a bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A tasty and bitter IPA.

Flew back in from San Francisco and as this was in the cellar, well why not! And i think this is a rare miss from Thornbridge. Not much going on and a bit like a pimped up lager.

0,44 støttebandasje fra Mossy Well, hjemme mens jeg finsliper notatene fra siste møte i fråholdslaget: nesten helt klar gylden med utmerket skumkvalitet. Furunåler/granskudd, mandariner/clementiner og whatnot. Fin bitterhet i den lange og safte avslutningen. An effective mental injection.

440ml can from Asda. Clear dark gold with foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, orange, funk, pine. There is a very nice balance to this, mid-sweet, mid-bitter with notes of malt, tangerine, grapefruit, pine, mild medicinal notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation. Good.

Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some nectary and a bit citrusy tones. Flavour is citrus, some nectar, mild floral, fruity and a bit grapefruity bitterness to it.
