Only In Dreams is our tangy twist on a classic cocktail, balancing sweet-tart flavours with a hint of spice. Strawberry, lime, jalapeño, and pickling spices, all with Vault City's trademark mixed culture sour beer base. PHEW. It also has a beautiful and surreal can design that is full of futuristic neon pastel vaporwave. This sets the tone for this collection nicely.

Can at home 11/01/2024 Distinct notes of tart and sweet strawberry, citrus lime edge coming in, get some light pickling accents on the backend, and there is a little peppery chilli heat but again well balanced, not overshadowing the lime and strawberry close. 440ml can. Hazy peachy pink, white head. Aroma of strawberries, lime, chilli. Taste is sweet strawberries, zesty lime, spicy chilli - just the right amount I think, and just a touch of sourness, no vinegar/pickle though. Another outstanding NA beer from Mash Gang.
