Tap @ Patricks. Clear, deep amber body, close to black body under a small, almost no existing tan head. Nice and complex aroma of dark malt, chocolate, cocoa, nut creak and some dark fruit. Taste is smooth, soft dark malt, dark chocolate, toffee, cocoa powder and dangerous well-hidden alcohol. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste. Nice and tasty – I actually had too order another straight away.

Sort med veldig kort brun topp som legger seg til kanten. Aroma; bjørnebær, sjokolade, hvetemalt, eik. Smak; bringebær, malt, sjokolade, havre, karamell, fruktkake. Myk munnfølelse, smakfull, lang ettersmak. Smaksrik øl, men ikke helt mine type smaker. 14.5% tap, delt med Leif.

330ml bottle. Poured almost black in colour with a thin, tan head. The aroma is roasty malt and boozy alcohol. The flavour is over moderate sweet and liqourice bitter, with a smooth, rich, liquorice, chocolate, light red berry fruit, boozy alcohol bitter palate and an oily mouthfeel. Full bodied with soft carbonation. The alcohol is starting to dominate the remaining flavours, but still an awesome beer.

Svart. Mokkafarget filmskum. Heftig aroma av nøtter, sjokolade & kakao. Silkemyk munnfølelse. Smaken mørk sjokolade, sirup & mørk sjokolade. Kakao i avslutninga. Alkoholen veldig godt kamuflert.

Can. A dark brown beer, oily and more or less headless. Spiced aroma with roasted malts, coffee grit and some toffee. Sort of smoked fishy. It’s fuil-bodied and warming, sweet and softly carbonated, with a light bitterness. Roasted malts, coffee and dark chocolate. Toffee, spiced notes and a piney hint. Lasting finish. A bit intense, but sure fine. 231124
