Ingrediënten: Pils-, Münich-, Aroma-, en Tarwemout,Hallertau en Saaz hop, kruiden, gist en water.

ZEEBONCK is de benaming voor een stoere zeeheld, die aan de wal graag sterke verhalen vertelt. Met dit bier komen de sterke verhalen boven, maar onthoud dat de ZEEBONCK altijd wint, dus drink dit bier met respect.

On tap at Cafe ’t Arendsnest, Amsterdam on 20th March 2009. Crystal clear red-amber in colour with white head. Very fruity and spicy with some yeast notes (dough). Enjoyable.

Bottle 50cl.Unclear with many small body particles a light to medium yellow orange color, a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate yeasty, peppery, toffee notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and peppery finish. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081122]

Cloudy golden with medium off white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with notes of coriander and caramel notes. Yeasty flavour with spicey and caramel notes.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Hazy golden with loads of floating impurities and a small white head. Distinct aroma of yeast and fruit. Very lively, almost explosive. Medium-bodied, lots of fruit, phenols and yeast - almost Hefe-like. 221108

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fully gone head. Mild spiced and yeasty aroma. Light malty note too. Sweet malty and yeasty fruity in a distinct mix. Sweet malty and yeasty finish.

On tap @ Arendsnest. Hazy golden amber colour, white head. Aroma of spices, yeast, malts. Flavour is spicy, yeasty, a bit tart, sweet. Bittersweet finish. Nice.

Bottle (from Cracked Kettle). Slightly hazy golden colour with huge white fluffy head, good lace. Aroma is some spicy yeast meeting orange and other citrus fruits in a quite earthy way. Flavour is mainly herbs, yeast as well as some earth and mild dry fruits. Quite rich and biting carbonation. Quite spicy and earthy finish and aftertaste.

Draught. Weak vinous aroma with spicy yeast notes. Almost clear golden colour, small white head. Spicy, peppery, coriander flavours and aftertaste. 6 3 6 4 12

Bottle, 6.5%. Spicy and nicely yeasty aroma, clove. Cloudy yellow colour, floaties. Very small white head. The flavour is quite malty, light malts, hint of biscuit. High carbonation. 7 3 7 3 16

Hazy orange, small creamy head. Yeasty, citrusy, fruity (apricot) aroma. Medium-bodied. Fruity with grassy notes. A bit witbier-like spicey. Solid palate.
