Bottled 500ml. -from Rudat Dortmund. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, slight dusty bready nose. Malty, bready and weak hoppy touch in the finish. Slight salty also. Drinkable but average.

Again, thanks Ogi! Poured a golden-yellow body with a small fluffy white head. Well carbonated. Liiiiight bready aroma, very light sweetness, vaguely herbal. Empty taste, only some nice lemony notes, but generally flat, lacking bitterness, lacking sweetness, just emptiness pierced by that vague citrusy hop. And that actually makes it better than a lot other choices, though it’s by no means a particularly good beer.

Clear golden color with an ok white head. Malty and herbal aroma. Medium body and an ok carbonation. Moderate sweet and an ok bitterness. Mild malty and herbal flavor. Thirst quencher.
[Can someone brought with him from a trip to Germany, and into my house]

Popular German standard lager with cream white, moussy, irregular head and pale golden blonde colour, clear; aroma simple, pale malts, sweetish with some iron and faint flowery hops. Malt sweetishness in the taste, rounded, smooth and even a bit oily mouthfeel, lightly metallic, light hop bitterness in the finish. Okay but nothing to get excited about, as usual in this style.

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with airy but stable white head. Rather weak but clear aroma of hops and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of yeast and malt. Paperlike and rather bitter finish with notes of yeast. Not that bad but nothing extraordinary. Just a regular quaffable Pilsener.

BOTTLE (quite old)

Head: white, medium, frothy to creamy, above avg. retention.

Aroma: kettle hips, some malt/grain.

Taste: dry, a decent dose of spicy/peppery hops, slight sourness.

Not great, but enough dry bitterness to be called a pils.
