Malzbetontes, vollmundiges Bier mit kernigem, würzigem Geschmack und einer cremefarbenen Schaumkrone. Dunkelbraun mit rötlichen Reflexen. Süffige Malz-, Karamell- und Röstaromen und im Abgang etwas hopfig.kernigem und würzigem Geschmack.

Bocken varer lige til påske. Dark amber with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with bread and toffee and a hint of dried fruit. Sweet malty flavour with bread and plums and a touch of herbal hops in the finish.

Bottle @ Dolles Bockstival - Bocken varer lige til påske, 5000 Odense C. Pours clear amber with a small white head. Caramel, bread and dark fruit. Medium bodied. Short bitter finish. Rye-bready.

*Old rating, best before 07.11.04. Dunkel-malziges, leicht süßliches Bier. Karamell, leicht röstig, malzig mit leicht herbem Nachgeschmack.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkel rötlichbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, Karamell, leicht schokoladig. Geschmack röstmalzig, Karamell, Schokolade, leicht fruchtig.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts fine malty-roasty, not too intense. Mild dry background. More and more earthy-malty with mild sourish notes. Well balanced finish and quite drinkable. Nice!

Brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, hop, roastiness. Flavour is sweet, malt, caramel, roasted, hop.

Bottled 500ml (BZ, BB 09/2012)
Deep ruby color, good beige head. Grassyness, light toasted caramel in the nose. Medium-bodied. Nutty, slightly caramelly, slightly toasted, not very sweet flavor. Light bitterness in the finish. Very typical Dunkel. Not exiciting but well-brewed.

50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. BBE 05/10/2011. Poured colabrown with a white head. Aroma is roasted and caramel malt. Flavor is caramel, some roastedness, molasses and bready notes. Nice roasted finish. OK dunkel.

Bottled (thanks Timo A). Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, some wood, mild herbs and some quite grassy notes. Flavour is grass, some mild metallic notes. Mild caramel as well.
