We cold macerated freshly harvested organic Danish blueberries for one week to intensify their natural flavor and aroma, then lightly pressed out the juice and blended it with an equal portion of one-year-old Danish Wild Ale. The blend was aged in oak barrels for an additional four months before bottling. The prominent blueberry flavor is complemented by subtle sherry notes and balanced acidity.

Clear dark red colour, almost no head. Very fruity, lots of berries, vinous, woody, fruity and acidic.

No head; beautiful clear, old red copper beer, no carbonation. Intense fruity nose with blueberries, raspberry, etc., red fruit with vinous characteristics and mild acidity. Sharp-ish fruity/vinous flavours; again red fruit and berries. Very light carbonation, light acidburn towards astringency, but this feeling is fleeting. Very good, but it promises so much one is left with a feeling of "I was hungry for more..."
