Unser obergäriges hefetrübes Weißbier wird klassisch in der Flasche vergoren. Ein vollmundiges, spritziges Weißbier mit einer gleichmäßig feinen Hefetrübung und 12,7 % Stammwürzegehalt und 5,3 % Alkohol. Ein für Weißbier geringer CO2 Gehalt macht es recht süffig.

Sehr derbes, mehr herb als fruchtiges Weizen. Nelke, schon auch süß, mittig bis hinten bitter. Passt schon.

Zunächst herb fruchtig, frisch, mit deutlich bitterer Note. Im Mittelteil schmeckt man gekochte Früchte und eine säuerliche Note (eine Mischung aus Zitronensaft und Obstessig). Das Ganze hat eine gewisse Exotik. Gute Substanz, trotzdem noch süffig. Trotz mehrfacher Verkostung bin ich etwas unschlüssig wie ich das nun finde. Mal fand ich es erfrischend und interessant, mal sperrig und eher misslungen. Ich lasse jetzt mal hauptsächlich meine letzte Verkostung in die Bewertung einfließen (und die war positiv).

Herbal aroma with banana and yeast. Thin. Very fruity taste (grapes, banana). Yeasty aftertaste. Nice but ordinary hefeweizen with no special characteristics.

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, minimale Würzigkeit.

A cloudy yellow beer with medium head. Nose is very fruity on over roped apple, banana, near a weizen bock nose.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange to yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, light to moderate yeasty, sweet fruity yeast, moderate buttery. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, buttery, sweet butter. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20120217]
