Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of straw, and so is the flavor. Average.

Bottle, 4.9%. Malty aroma with a little spicy hoppiness. Cloudy amber colour. Big, quite stable head. The flavour starts off sour, turning bready. Finishes a bit more balanced, but still a little sour. The flavour gets a bit more rounded as the beer warms, but definitely a rustic beer. High carbonation.

(On tap) Hazy, amber golden with a creamy, off-white head. Pleasant malty aroma with a touch of caramel. Medium-bodied with sweetish, malty notes in the flavour and again a touch of caramel. Dry finish without much bitterness. 071106

Draught at the brewery. Fizzy, off-white head which diminishes mostly. Amber to orange body. Not to well pronounced aroma of toasted, sweet malts and oranges. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter flavour. Lightly bodied. Rather flat flavour and somewhat watery.

(bottle) Hazy amber colour with a mid-sized off-white foam. Sweet maty, toasty and nutty aroma with caramel and herbal hops. Medium sweet flavour, light to medium body, smooth carbonation. Strong cara-malty, (wal)nutty taste, slightly yeasty and hoppy; medium-dry, bitter hoppy finish with liquorice. Tasty and likeable.

Bottle: Hazy, small lacing, stable white head, amber coloured; fruity and a little bit yeasty aroma, toasted maltiness too; sweetish (honey), slightly bitter flavour; malty-a bit toasted-slightly bitter finish. A decent, fruity and malt-accented Kellerbier
