08-03-19 // on tap at the Sudden Death Showcase at Biererei Bar & Vintage Cellar Berlin. Sudden Death in the house! Unclear orange. Small bubbly white head. Nose of dry mild sweet citrus fruit. Brut dry. Check. Dry mandarin sweetness. Good hop aromas embedded. Mild bitterness but with a light sharp touch. Alcohol is there but not boozy tasting. I am still not a big fan of this style but this is a nice example. Cheers!
