Wait For It is an aged saison. It fermented and matured for 22 months in Californian wine barrels using a combination of Mills Brewing's and After the Harvest's house cultures.

Clear orange gold beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, a little adhesive. Aroma: lovely, lots of brett, a bit oxidized, dusty, wood notes, some caramel, earthy, a little nutty, floral touch, lots of brett, all lambic smell, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: gentle bitterness, very fruity, grapefruit, a bit lemony, dry, gentle acidity, quite some tannins, lovely! Aftertaste: some grapefruit, dusty, tannins again, dry, a little bitter, good acidity, lemony, pretty dry, very nice, I really like it!

Bottle sample at a tasting at Porter & Sons. Cloudy golden. Barnyard, vinous, oak, a bit of oxidation, fruitiness, a bit thin, sour, bitterish citrus peel.

Bottle shared at Tilt during SHNup: Poured an orange with white head. Aroma is pungent fruit, vinous. Taste is a tangy sour tart fruit.

Bottle split on Bingoham SHN day, thanks to Rich (TV), 07/12/19. Hazed orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is funk, damp grass, orange peel, white grape must, hay bale, herbal notes. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, acidic rise, sharp peach, orange zest, oak, stoned fruits, farmyard twang, herbal bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid stuff!

Bottle shared at tilt. Many thanks to Rich the Hero. A hazed golden yellow straw coloured pour with a halo of fine white head. Aroma is big funky sour, horsey funk, vinous, mouldy wood, lemon. Palate is sour, pithy, highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of sour lemon, pithy, horsey, funk, white grape, sour. Super sour, lemon, gueuze.. Nice.

Bottle from other Chris: pours light orange with a white head. Aroma is yeasty funkiness, lemony citrus. Taste is lightly sour, slight sweetness, nice complexity. Good.

Bottle, at bottle share. Pours yellow orange. White grape, passionfruit, lime, tangerine, very sharp, plenty of barnyard. Medium body. Fantastic.
