750ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, white head. Fruity, funky, tangy and woody aroma, notes of unripe yellow stone fruit, quince, apricot, nectarine, peach, mirabelle, a touch of white grapes, grapefruit, grape sugar, herbal-floral overtones with a touch of Mediterranean herbs, marjoram, sage, basil, some oak. Taste is tart, fruity, minimally diluted notes of unripe yellow stone fruit, a touch of white grapes, old lemon peel, grapefruit, subtle sweetness with a touch of grape sugar, dry, woody, oaky overtones. Watery texture, dry, minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Mild, balanced, harmonious, refreshing - very nice.

Cork-top bottle, 0.75l, shared with Ales. Aroma is vinous, citrusy, woody and grainy. Pours hazy pale golden color with thin creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Tastes refreshing citrusy, vinous, grainy and slightly funky with smooth mouthfeel. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Nice refreshment on a hot summer day…

Bottle. Very hazy pale orange, thin white head. Mild nose, some funky, barn notes. Gentler sweetness, somewhat spicy follows with peppery finish. Some citrusy presence as well. Lightly spicy aftertaste. Light, fresh and refreshing. Nice and not too funky, but still funky enough.
