A pale beer, with a rich, rounded mouthfeel from lactose and savoury sweetness from peanut essence. Real oak wood provides a depth of flavour layered with peanut notes. Hops gives a further layer of sweet/vanilla aromas. Safe for those with peanut allergies!

Ugly murky orangy color, no head. Smell and taste malts, sweetness, milkshake sweetness, no bourbon and no peanut butter (fortunately). Meh. Why? Useless. 4-1-4-2-8

Waarom zou je pindakaas en bourbon in een milkshake ipa willen? Slechtste idee ooit

440ml can. Cloudy, amber colour with small to average, frothy, collapsing, off-white head. Nutty aroma, hints of peanut, a touch of peanut butter, vanilla, toffee. Taste is minimally sweet-ish, caramel malty and nutty, hints of peanut, peanut butter, a touch of toffee and vanilla, citrusy hoppy overtones with a mandarine touch. A bit strange.

Keg at Craft Beer Co St Mary Axe. Certainly smells of peanuts with floral elements. Just noticed the bourbon element on adding the beer which explains the edge it has. Opaque amber brown. Thick creamy head. Sweet and sour with peanuts and fruit. Light-medium bodied. Slick verging on sticky. Flat carbonation. Long finish. Lovely jubbly.

Slightly hazy pale amber colour, small fizzy off-white head, disappears within seconds, no lacing. Aroma pale malt, peanut butter, toffee, very light orange. Taste light heavy sweet, slightly bitter, malty, fruity, toffee hints, light peanut (butter). Sweet and a wee bit bitter aftertaste, sugary, medium body, sticky texture, flat carbonation. Not an attractive aroma, strange brew but drinkable, so so, niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
