Tap@ÅBEN Kødbyen, Copenhagen (Malmö crew visit 12/11/2022) - Dark sweet malty with lots of chocolate and tonka vanilla, nutty accents, full bodied, spiced sweet malty chocolate and vanilla laden finish. Great seasonal brew.

Draught, 7.2% at Skaal Sønderborg. Nutmeg aroma, and perhaps also nutty. And Tonka? Black colour, seems cloudy. Small off-white head. The flavour has dark, bitter chocolate. Tonka bean and cinnamon. Long chocolate bitterness finish.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of vanilla, tonka beans, and cake, with estery touches. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of tonka beans and vanilla, and touches of malt, yeast and coconut and lactose. Bitter and estery aftertaste with roasty touches. A nice one.
