Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso orzo tostato, caffè e cioccolato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color caffelatte resiste poco. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia e agrumi.

Canned 330ml. -at Hops Beerstro Trieste, shared with hrabren. Blackish coloured, small beige head, light caramel nose. Roasted malt, light caramel and chocolate with bitterish roasty finish. Bit watery.

0.33 l can shared with Ogi at Hop Beerstró, Trieste. Dark brown, beige head. Light roasty, nutty and caramel flavour. Flavour is roasty, tartness. Peanut. Light to medium body. Minimal bitterness. Good balance, toffee sweetness and roasty bitterness in the finish.

Cask at Il Punto, Bologna. Black with beige head. Some roastiness, chocolate, cocoa, easy drinkable and somewhat watery. Light to medium bodied.
