Chocolate Cherry Yeti is the newest version in our revered Yeti Series. We’ve tweaked the hop bitterness for this special release and then added sweet and sour cherries and cacao. The roasty malt backbone of Yeti melds perfectly with the cherries and cacao to make this one smooth sipper. A Yeti in a cherry orchard can be a great thing.

Tasting @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma color cappucino, abbondante e mediamente persistente. Al naso note di cioccolato, mon chéri, liquore. In bocca è dolce, cioccolatosa, con finale amaro contenuto a bilanciare. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Si beve facile nonostante il corpo, molto buona.

Bottle shared at Kingsday Tasting 2019. Opaque black color, medium sized brown colored head. Smell and taste malts, lightly roasted malts, a bit sweetish chocolaty, don't get cherry (fortunately) but I like the chocolate. Cherry stone dry perhaps. Decent. 7-4-7-4-15.
