Bottled July 2022. Golden, clear body, with a medium, off-white head. Aroma of citrus, funk, wood, straw, apple, some stone fruits. Tastes quite similar, with a bit more vinegar. Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes medium acidic, dry, citric, wooden, with green apple zest. A bit on the acidic side, while still well balanced. Beautiful funk and fruit notes. Very fresh and elegant to drink. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled July 2022. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells grassy, funky, earthy, herbal. Nice to very nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, herbal, tobacco. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of grassy, earthy and peppery notes. Very nice one

Bottle. Mills online. Second go at this. Must have just fancied chugging the first one without thinking about it. Anyway. Soft haze on a pale gold. Very decent glossy white foam. Crisp mineraly and lightly funky. Super clean and bright. Sharp fine carbonation. Nice hop spice. Clean mineral finish. Not too complex but nevertheless it’s a quality easy drinking affair.

750 ml. Thanks Gene! Aroma is sharp oak and vinegar. Flavor has mild oak, soft sharp sour and mild apple. Nice!

750mL bottled 12/2022, drunk 3/18/23, thanks, Gene! Mostly clear, honey-bronze. No head. Really nice nose, lots of lactic acid it, but well-aged and not punchy. Hint of coriander and heavy mineral. Soft, light malt, malo-lactic goodness with light tannin. Great balance to it with juicy fruits and lingering gentle bitterness. Clean but with plentiful minerality. Wow this is fantastic, especially given the abv.

75cl bottle shared with Soph, Martin and Laura. Great well rounded lambic, balanced mixed ferm sourness, lovely wild floral complexity, crisp palate and super refreshing. Really good.
