Big Bunny is a winning IPA. Drawing on the area’s coastal rabbit warrens, this bigger, juicier sister to Kinnegar’s White Rabbit blends a bouncy wallop of hops with a creamy soft texture typical of New England IPA’s of America’s East Coast.

In Epalinges, a classical ipa that it was perfect with our home made Napolitan pizza, a bit short in aromas, on the American way, ready to cross the Atlantic, citrus, grapefruit, dry hop and dry malt, carbonation that it was sparkling, 03.05.20

0.44 l can from a local Lidl store in Mallow, shared among the Brnja's Stag Party on the train. Moderately hoppy, resiny, herbal, zesty, grapefruit. Fresh hoppy aroma, fruity, citrus, grapefruit and tropical. Zesty spicy bite, nice bitterness. Good balance. Some tartness, light bitterness. Smooth, juicy, savoury. Some astringency, dry finish.

Can from Honest Brew. Light cloudy amber with small white head, some retention and lacing. Aroma of mango, citrus, bread, light earthiness. Nice but fairly subtle on the nose. Taste is more bold with notes of caramel, mango, orange, grapefruit, light spices, a fairly punchy bitterness in the finish for a NEIPA but it balances the sweetness well. Medium bodied, nice smoothness, slightly over-carbonated as I couldn't stop burping. Overall a good tasty IPA.
