We've been waiting ages to do another collab with our funky neighbours at Cyclic Beer Farm and here it is. Both breweries share the same love for traditional, easy drinking beers and at Garage we have been putting out plenty of Bitters of late. We wanted to brew an ode to an absolute favourite of ours from Yorkshire. It is a pretty simple beer that eeks complecxity out of the few quality ingredients contain within. A malt base of Maris Otter was given an extended boil until it reached a light golden to amber colour and was concentrated with beautiful biscuit and caramel character. Three hop additions during the boil of three different varieties give a blend of earthy marmalade and a white pepper spiciness.
