On tap at Mikerphone, pours a cloudy, somewhat filthy dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out honey, bourbon barrels, apple brandy, and caramel. Flavour is rich, with lots of bourbon and apple brandy upfront, followed by honey and caramel malts. Balanced well. Not my favourite by any means but it�s well-constructed. Excellent.

Shared at Peders Perleplader & Hangovers event (07/05/2023) - Sweet and toasted malty with layers of caramel and maple, some really nice bourbon and brandy character running throughout, full bodied, spiced malty finish. Lovely stuff.

Draft at Peders, Copenhagen. Poured almost black in colour with little life. The aroma is light caramel, oak, coconut and alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich oily, dry oaky, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation.
