Bottle from Drankenspeciaalzaak Jelle, Leeuwarden. Very spicy aroma with lots of cinnamon, nutmeg, roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, and chili peppers. A touch of vanilla and liquorice. Flavour is almost medium sweet with a mild bitterness and a pleasant chili burn. Body is medium. Fun Stout, very spicy with cinnamon in particular dominating the aroma.

Poured a deep black colour with a creamy, brown head. Nice lacing. To the nose we get cinnamon, vanilla, minimal ginger, coffee and cocoa. First swig was interesting. Probably the spiciest beer I’ve ever had. Flavours of cinnamon, nutmeg, spicy pepper and coffee. Finish is warm, with almost too much cinnamon flavour. Drowns out everything else.

Draught at La Binouze, small big bubbles head, opaque black colour, Cinamon, cocoa, earthy notes, aromatic coffee in the back, brown sugar, hint of dark bread light mellow roastiness enveloping, lightish bitterness and just a hint sweetness and a tingle on the tounge. Quite balanced and really nice and enjoyable.

Tap at pint and brew tampa fl. A dark black brown coloured pour with a fine mid tan head. Aroma is sweet woody coffee roast,. Flavour is composed of dry earthy roast. Hazelnut, woody coffee, brown sugars. Brandy snap sugars. Palate is nutty, light tang little thin, highish carbonation. Ok.

12 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a very dark brown color with a thick tan head and very good retention. Some spots of lacing. Aroma of mostly cinnamon and dark chocolate. Initial sweet stout with cinnamon, dark chocolate, and a hint of coffee flavor, and then the habaneros quickly kick in and mute all other flavors. Very spicy finish leaving my mouth tingling and numb. I'd love to taste this without the peppers. Medium body. No bitterness.

Nice dry sharp beer, the spice is pronounced. Choclate and heat are a nice blend. Just a little light on the body and complexity. Sk br adventkal
