You hold in your hand an ever-changing Imperial IPA from the brewers at Yazoo, who are always testing and pushing the boundaries on their hoppy creations.
From new hop varieties, to new ways of using hops, to even experimental strains of yeast that enhance hop flavor, the Yazoo brewers guarantee just one thing – each Impy Hop Project batch will be different than the ones before, and unlike any other IPA you’ve ever had! To figure out what batch you are holding, look at the “Canned On Date” on the bottom of the can, and scroll down this page until you find the beer description matching that date.
Impy Hop Project #3 weighs in at 7.2% abv and 65 IBUs, and was brewed with select malts from Riverbend Malt House in N.C., and hopped with Strata, Chinook, and Lotus hops.
