This wheat beer is a typical Bevarian style "Weissbier" with a smooth mouth feeling and a fruity and clove-like aroma. It is top-fermented and holds an alcohol volume of 5.1%. This beer is brewed with more than 50% wheat malt, barley malt and caramel malt. Since this wheat beer is unfiltered there is a natural turbidity consisting of proteins and yeast. Mecklenburger Weissbier is brewed according to the German Purity Law.

Sample from 50 cl can. Hazy, golden colour with a thin, white head. Sweet aroma with wheat malts, spiced notes and apples. Taste is light bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes slightly dry with a spiced note. Average hefeweizen.

Bottle@Yesprs - Yellow coloured pour with white head. Sweet wheaty and malty with some straw, hay, light lemony hop into the finish.
