In collaboration with historians of @tallinnuniversity, this recipe is revived from the 18th century. Brewed with carrots, spruce shoots, and wine yeast. Refreshing and fruity and thanks to the spruce shoots slightly sour too. Doesn't this taste take you back?

Bottled 330ml (PBF XIII)
Golden colour, small white head. Light malty aroma with some citrus. Light-bodied. Citrusy with pale malts. Light. Interesting easy drink.

33cl bottle. PBF XIII. Poured clear golden in color. Spruce in aroma. Some light smokiness, some hay and dryness in finish.

Bottle@PBF XIII. Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is salty, some grainy and mild minerals. Flavour is grainy, mild herbal and some herbal tones with some spruce tips.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Canned, thanks martjoobolut! Clear pale yellow, rich head. Distinct aroma of citrus and spruce. Dry with light body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Very aromatic with pine and citrus. Mid bitter finish.

A bit hazy, golden yellow. Lots of carbonation. Hoppy, sweet, herbal. Woody, almost smoked/roasted quality to it, but still fairly light and smooth.

Tap @ Humalakoda. Clear yellow gold in the glass, some white bubbles on the top too. Nose has candy, sweetish bubblegum. Turbo. Not unpleasant. Tastes a bit bubblegum direction also, light sweetness, bitter low-medium bitterness. Easygoing bubblegum hop water.
