Dark amber color, clean. The aroma reminds me of strong Belgian beers from the 90's, some esters, caramel but not very exciting. Good body strength, sweet, with good malt and caramel flavor, fruity esters, light wood (or smoke?), hint of fudge, and warm alcoholic finish.
Good.

Pours with pale brown, muddy, with chunks. The aroma is mostly alcohol, with some light caramels... and a bit of yeastiness. This has alcohol, yeast, some sort of caramel. This is a bit messy; does not come together all that much.

Bottled 2015, best before Sept 2017. 330mL bottle, pours a dark orange with a small beige head and chunky sediment. Aroma is very yeasty, with lots of caramel, brown sugar, and Belgian yeast. Flavour is massively yeasty, with lots of caramel, filthy dirty yeast, oxidation, and bready malt. Way too yeasty - need to run this through a strainer, or there'll be a secondary fermentation in my stomach. Not good.
