Keg at Tarantino bar, Warsaw, 15/07/19. Almost clear golden blonde with a decent white cap. Nose is gentle citric pith, melon, tangerine, light breads. Taste comprises orange peel, toasted malts, grass, melon, faint mango. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent pale.

From the bottle. Light orange with a foamy to frothy white head and evident floaters. Aroma is a mix of pine and tropical fruit boquet with a caramel undertone. Taste is bitter, mildly grainy, full of piney bitterness with the latter growing even stronger at the finish. Body is to the light side of medium, carbonation is mild, slightly watery texture. Okay but with an overall monotone hop bitterness.

[ As Salamander Pale Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, hay, straw, pale malt, sweet malt.
