Very hazy gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and fairly crisp. Thin malts has a very modest sweetness. A light but annoying acetone - glue thing. Thin orangey hops, some hop spice and pine. Light semi dry finish. Plenty of hop here but there is an off note.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a clear golden orange color with a white head. The aroma is potent citrus and tropical fruit. Sweet passionfruit with notes of toast and caramel. The flavor is floral up front with hints of passionfruit and caramel. Hop character is strong with some light to medium floral bitterness. Overall, a nice IIPA. Low bitterness, big hop flavor. A bit too much crystal malt for my tastes.

I like the theme of this breweryβs beer labels/names. 22oz bomber pours with a clear pure gold body that supports a dull white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up a sampling of citrus hops as well as inviting hoppy spicy onion dankness. The taste delivers a pleasing fresh hoppy mix of spicy onion dank hops, bitter tangerine, grapefruit and clementine citrus hops. Just behind the hop bitterness resides a thin river of citrus and slightly mango like fruity juiciness. Yum. This conjures up a tasty balance of bitter, spicy and juicy hops on top of a supportive thin sweet malty base. Nice.

Got in a trade with RaulMondesi. 22 ounce bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours lightly hazy deep golden color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense white head with goof retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of big pineapple, tangerine, peach, mango, passion fruit, melon, berry, orange peel, floral, grass, light pine, light honey, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fantastic aromas with great complexity of bright citrus/tropical hops and light-moderate pale malt balance; with great strength. Taste of big pineapple, tangerine, peach, mango, passion fruit, melon, berry, orange peel, floral, grass, pine, light honey, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fair amount of pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of pineapple, tangerine, peach, mango, passion fruit, melon, berry, orange peel, pine, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity and robustness of bright citrus/tropical hops and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, fairly crisp/sticky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warming present after the finish. Overall this is an awesome IPA. All around great complexity and robustness of bright citrus/tropical hops and light-moderate pale malt balance; and very smooth and crisp to drink. Seems to be very big on Mosaic hop flavors. A highly enjoyable offering.
