Two thirds of a pint in The Boot Micropub, Wellington Shropshire on 25th August 2022. Hazy orange body, snow white head. Grapefruit like aroma and initial taste, calms down a little as more citrussy fruits show themselves, liked it.

Can from HoTM. It pours lightly hazy golden - blonde with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant floral vibes, honeysuckle, grassy, straw, mellow estery fruits, melon, pear and the like, also cereal and touch of nougat. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, grassy and green initially, fragrant, floral, waxy citrus peel, grapefruit in particular, peppery spice, also some herbal accents, cereal, cracker, touch of nougat and hearty farmhouse bread with a spicy finish with a nip of booze. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Interesting depth of flavour. Plenty to it. Nice one.
