It’s been a while since we banged out a lager and we’ve made no secret that we’re fans of hop forward crispy boiis so we present Blue Ghosts: a German Style Pils turned up to 11. We’ve taken the traditional approach to this one by opting out of the new world hop additions and tried to make something that’s fully representative of all that is beautiful about noble hops. For this run we made out way out to the goddam Swiss Alps to Whitefrontier where we made this Pils a very continental affair.

Clear golden colour with medium white head.Aroma of hops and grain nice malty and mild. Good note of hops and grass nice well balanced and smooth and light finish.

From tap at The Big Romance in Dublin 21.03.25. Clear pale golden. Fairly persistent white head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of pilsner malt, various citrus, Sevilla marmalade and succade. Desent citrus bitternes. Crisp mouthfeel. Very drinkable!

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Tap at the fidelity bar. A very clear bright golden yellow coloured pour with a a loose halo of white head. Aroma is nice fresh clear crisp cereal grains, spicy hop. Saaz. Flavour is composed of crisp, light cereal grains, spicy hop, simple and clean. Palate is super crisp, highish fine carbonation. Nice lager.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Golden colour, large and creamy head. Fruity aroma and flavour, tolerable hop bitterness. A nice summer beer, does not carry a punch on a cold December evening.

Mi2 juleavslutning, Cardinal des-23: klar lys gylden med fint skum som varer til bunns. Floral aroma og smak i en slank maltkropp. Søtlig avslutning, kort ettersmak og svært lettdrikkelig med et visst sommerlig preg - kanskje fordi vi bare er kommet til kveldens andre utskjenking? Fra fat.

On tap at Ambasada. Cloudy yellow with large firm white head. Malty, bit bready, floral, herbal, tad sweet with bitterish finish. Nice.
