Can from local Home Bargains store – drank at home. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a medium sized transient frothy white head. The aroma has grainy malts, some continental hops and traces of lemon. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy but with some bitter undertones. Flavour has corn and grains with some metallic leanings, and spicy hints. Later more hops come through leading to quite a bitter finish. This is a decent helles lager.

330ml can from Home Bargains, Aberystwyth. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a big frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is grainy malt and yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, crisp, yeasty, light buttery, bready, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

Can. Home Bargains. Misted light to medium gold. Decent white froth. Slightly sweaty malts here. Bit of a metallic note. Taste is semi sweet and a touch twangy. Drinks ok enough. More twang to finish. Probably a bit tired from sitting in a warehouse for months on end?

Can from Home Bargains. Pours lightly hazed gold with a white cap. Aroma: sweet, cheap white bread, sponge. The taste follows, grassy finish, somewhat dry on the palate. Towards medium body with soft carbonation.

355ml can from a local Home Bargains, BB 4th May 2024. Drank at home on 1st September 2023. Slight haze in the golden body, short lived white head. Semi-sweet feel to this one, more malty than hoppy, it's OK for a Mexican throwing lager!

[12oz can from Home Bargains, Bracknell.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a loose white head; grainy aroma; sweet corn grain taste; and a strong grassy bitterness leading to a sour finish. Okay if Mexican lagers are your thing.
