Passion fruit version. A hazed blonde Berliner Weisse with a thick collapsing lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light passion fruit, light Brett, light lactic notes, nice and refreshing. In mouth, a nice refreshing tart mix of passion fruit, light peach, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. On tap at Rattle N Hum east. 8-3-8-3-14

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is furity and slight citrusy hoppy. Citrusy, crisp hoppy and sour. Smooth fruity. Lingering fruity and citric into a smooth fruity finish.

Draft at the brewery. Murky grapefruit juice type pour. Good funky and sour aroma and flavor. Fruity and musky. Finishes with a nice acidity and a bit of dryness. Very drinkable and enjoyable. Really nice, clean sour.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is lacto, lemon, funk. Thin mouth, tart lemon, funky, crushable, very nice.

Earls Beer and Cheese, NYC tap: pours hazy yellow. Aroma is yeasty, fruity, and a bit sugary. Taste is rather sour and a yeasty finish. Body is light but not too light. Nice.
