Relax is the perfect name for this hazy India Pale Ale because it’s impossible not to when you’re drinking it. We use a combination of fruit-forward hops like Citra and Amarillo along with Centennial and Simcoe, to impart fruity, tropical and citrus notes, and London III yeast to give it that soft, round mouthfeel. No bitterness, no pucker. Just a smooth IPA that drinks like a breeze.

Hops: Citra, Amarillo, Centennial, and Simcoe
Malts: 2-Row, Flaked Oats, Carafoam
Yeast: London III
IBU: 50

Keg at CBC Covent Garden. Stone fruit aroma with a curdled milk edge. Sold looking hazy mango gold. Thin creamy white head. The course is light-medium bitter with a tangy sour edge. Over that however is a sugary fruity blanket. Medium bodied. It's creamy but with a thin body attempting to burst out, like this rater. Long astringent acidic finish. I like it. I think. Different but it could just be that I need some good.

From a 473ml can on 28/12/2019. Pours a cloudy light golden with a small to medium head. Has a relatively mild aroma of spiced fruit. In the mouth, it's primarily tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, guava), with a touch of zesty citrus, finishing with a mild bitterness. The mouthfeel is soft and pillowy, with moderate carbonation. This is a restrained, easy drinking hazy which comes together nicely.

Juicy. No metallic taste even though it came from a can

[On tap at the Public House, Fullerton, CA.] An opaque amber milkshake style pool with a scummy looking white head; tropical fruit aroma; smooth and creamy in the mouth with a tropical fruit taste; and a gentle bitterness to finish. Rather subdued for this brewery.
