Relax is the perfect name for this hazy India Pale Ale because it’s impossible not to when you’re drinking it. We use a combination of fruit-forward hops like Citra and Amarillo along with Centennial and Simcoe, to impart fruity, tropical and citrus notes, and London III yeast to give it that soft, round mouthfeel. No bitterness, no pucker. Just a smooth IPA that drinks like a breeze.

Hops: Citra, Amarillo, Centennial, and Simcoe
Malts: 2-Row, Flaked Oats, Carafoam
Yeast: London III
IBU: 50

From a 473ml can on 28/12/2019. Pours a cloudy light golden with a small to medium head. Has a relatively mild aroma of spiced fruit. In the mouth, it's primarily tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, guava), with a touch of zesty citrus, finishing with a mild bitterness. The mouthfeel is soft and pillowy, with moderate carbonation. This is a restrained, easy drinking hazy which comes together nicely.

[On tap at the Public House, Fullerton, CA.] An opaque amber milkshake style pool with a scummy looking white head; tropical fruit aroma; smooth and creamy in the mouth with a tropical fruit taste; and a gentle bitterness to finish. Rather subdued for this brewery.

Tap at St Mary’s Axe, Craft co. 1st October 19. £15 a pint. It pours a thick soupy opaque yellow. Aroma is loads of hops, fruity, tropical. Taste is full as is the mouth feel, which is unusual. Tropical fruit, juicy, some dryness and a tingle of bitterness, very good.
