Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, alcohol sweetness, rye bread and some mild toasted tones and dried fruity tones. Flavour is floral, some dried fruits, mild alcohol and some slightly wooden tones. Somewhat alcoholic sweet dried fruity finish.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Clear mahogany colour, small head. Caramelly nose with pine and dates. Sweet with full body and soft mouthfeel. Caramelly bread, pine and raisins and dried grapefruit. Long warming bitter finish. Rich and harmonious barleywine.
