Can at home. Dark orange color, full sized off-white head. Aroma is not very good. The beer seems infected judging by the aroma. Flavor is malts, some hop notes, mainly bitter hops, but also in the flavor the beer seems slightly infected. Not very good tbh. Bleh.

Bottle at the studio in Gabrovo - picked up from 1001 Beers in Sofia. Pours clear, Rich copper with a foamy, white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with bready, toasted malts, semi-ripe citrus, a little earth, caramel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Semi-sweet finish, more toasted bread and caramel, a faint metallic dryness, mellow oily pine. Simple but drinks fine overall.

Boah. Das Bier gibt sich in der Beschreibung schon böse 👺und brutal 🧌 und tatsächlich ist es ein harter Brocken zu trinken. So ist es unglaublich bitter und komplex.
So kommen die versprochenen Fruchtnoten nach Sternfrucht 💫und Orangenzeste🍊 auch zum Zuschlagen, womit es aber nicht fein oder verspielt wirkt, sondern noch schwerer und brutaler 👊.
Mir persönlich ist es zu bitter und die Fruchtnoten zu wenig harmonisch, aber für Leute, die es gerne etwas stärker und bitterer mögen, sicher interessant.

33cl can achetée chez Jumbo à Maastricht. Niveau design, cette brasserie surfe un peu sur l'inspiration de Ballast Point aux US.

Ambre, col fin crémeux blanc-cassé bien tenace.
Arôme est houblonné présentant un agréable côté houblonné avec un apport fruité en ajout de mandarine et du carambole (que forcément je ne déguste pas souvent voire jamais) surfant sur une note exotique et un peu pulpeuse acidulée avec le retour plus agrume de la mandarine. Le rétro-nasal demeure tout de même sur une base plus présente de malt pâle, caramel et céréales.
Palais sur une approche classique IPA américaine avec des influences allant même vers un pale ale de par cette approche plus maltée. Le tout prend aussi un virage belge avec une levure plus rustique - effet pulpeux en fin de bouche sûrement du carambole dont l'acidité enlève un peu de sa sublime à la mandarine. Amertume reste fine vu l'apport de fruits dans la bière et plus en appui de cette IPA.

Bottle, 5.5%. Great spicy, teaish, and caramelly hop aroma. Cloudy copper colour. Big stable creamy off-white head. The flavour is spicy and caramelly like the aroma. With a good clean bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel. Mild teaish sweetness. Flavourful and well-balanced.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a creamy, beige head. Nose is slightly biscuity - if anything. Medium body, dry biscuity malts and again an astringently bitter finish. The added fruits adds absolutely no flavor, but may be responsible for the horrible astringency. 270524
